Mackayla Chalmers and Robert Bruce

Joint Directors of the Enneagram Academy

Mackayla and Robert are joint directors of the Enneagram Academy. They have been facilitating Enneagram workshops together for over nine years. Both Robert and Mackayla have undertaken extensive training with Russ Hudson and the Enneagram Institute in the US.

"Since then, we have offered many Enneagram workshops and continue to be amazed at the insights it provides to ourselves and others. Our journey with the Enneagram has been inspired by the profound work of Don Riso and Russ Hudson, whose writing and teaching have provided a wonderful platform for psychological and spiritual development.

"We have both been deeply involved in personal and spiritual development for more than 20 years and the Enneagram clearly stands out as some of the most compelling and insightful work we have done. We are grateful to be able to work with such a rewarding and profound body of work."

Brendan Mulhall

Brenda's passion for the Enneagram is derived from a career in providing management training and consultancy services since the 80s. This work focused on facilitating a diverse range of groups involved in organisational change and reform. Brendan has qualifications and a background in Psychology and Human Resource Management and have been using popular personality inventories such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC and Team Management Systems for over 25 years. It wasn’t until he came across the Enneagram 14 years ago that Brendan found a tool that not only provided a precise and rich map of human diversity, but could be used as a guide for human spirituality and transformation. It has helped him with his own personal journey and provided an amazing and insightful framework for understanding and overcoming personal unconscious barriers, improve relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.

Brendan became a certified Enneagram teacher in 2013 and has enjoyed facilitating workshops using this wonderful process since. He also shares his passion for teaching mindfulness techniques, and is a long time Vipassana meditator and qualified yoga instructor.

Andrée Evans

Andrée is a Counselling Psychologist with a longstanding interest in personality type as a path to personal growth and understanding. Her initial exploration of the Enneagram was very much a personal one. In contrast to some other typologies, the Enneagram proved to be dynamic and hopeful – offering profound insights and concrete directions for growth. These days Andrée enjoys sharing the Enneagram with individuals, couples and groups as a rich map for understanding not just self but others.

Andrée has a private practice on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and sees a wide range of adults, adolescents and couples.

Chris Siegert

Chris has extensively studied the Enneagram on a conceptual and experiential level since 2012. His main form of facilitation is through the use of the Voice Dialogue Technique, which explores the energetic dynamics of the Sub-Personalities (Selves). This technique has a particular focus on the group of dominant “selves" which form the personality coping mechanism. He has done extensive work with triggers as a means of raising awareness of the function of the personality coping mechanism, how it came into existence, how it took on the role of meeting our basic needs during our formative years, and how it limits/impedes our ability to honour our full potentiality.

He views the Enneagram as a valuable tool to gain an insight of the personality structure and also a means of engaging in a sacred process of personal transformation. He regards the Voice Dialogue Technique as a vessel for the journey of inner exploration.
