About Us

Kate McCandless

Kate is the founder and managing director of an integrative health clinic in Melbourne, passionate in helping people finding their best through mind, boy and spiritual health.  Kate began her exploration of the Enneagram over 15 years ago, and discovered how she, and her clients, could move beyond reactive behavioural patterns to a healthier, more energised and fulfilling life.

Kate has completed Parts 1-3 of the Enneagram Academy training program and is now an accredited teacher with the Enneagram Academy Australia.  She completed a Year Long Enneagram Certification Program in Conscious Living under the supervision of Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb, followed by the year-long Professional Teacher Training Certification.  Kate has additionally completed facilitator training with the iEQ9, and Trauma-Informed Enneagram Coaching.

Kate has recognised the instinctual subtypes as being a profound influence on the way we behave, and an important key to know where to direct attention to bring about real life changes and mind-body-spirit wellness, and so often refers back to these instinctual patterns as a significant key to discovering your inner motivations, fears, and Enneagram type.
