The Pathways to Growth

Sydney, NSWPresented by Mary Ferguson and Brendan Mulhall

This a two day workshop in Newtown, Sydney, NSW Australia.
Workshop runs 9am to 5pm each day.
Morning/afternoon teas and lunch will be available.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to go beyond the conceptual understanding of their Enneatype and explore their pathways for psychological and spiritual growth. The 2 days will build on a basic understanding of the enneagram map by allowing participants to experience the energy and wisdom contained in these pathways of integration and sharing these experiences with the group.

Once we have provided an overview of the key patterns and fears of each type, we will then focus on the following growth paths:

  • The developmental lines and wings of each type and how they can provide relief from our conditioned reactivity and “stuckness” in our patterns

  • The vertical movement through the Levels of Health which reflect the complexity of human nature—and how they can help you understand your own growth journey.

  • The movement from passion to virtue or as it is sometimes called from “vice to virtue” which symbolises the movement where we can let go of the emotional vices of our personality and move to a more authentic version of our essential nature.

Each of the pathways will be explored, and discussions will focus on how to move along these pathways through the processes of self-observation, self-awareness, and a commitment to growth.

This workshop will also delve into the embodiment of the Enneagram — encouraging participants to not understand the map conceptually, but to engage with it somatically and experientially, bringing it into the body as well as the mind.

** It will be an advantage to know your enneagram type beforehand. If you have not yet landed on your Enneagram Type, simply book your place in this course, and during the week prior to the workshop, contact Brendan directly at bmulhall2022@gmail.com to organise a one-on-one “typing” interview. This is a personal experience to help you gain some clarity on your own Enneagram Type.
